At Futbolio, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all of our customers. The following policy outlines how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping Destinations
Futbolio proudly ships orders throughout the United States and to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination country, local postal services, and customs processing times.
2. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their purchase has been successfully processed.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and local delivery conditions.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays may occur due to factors outside of Futbolio’s control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions.
4. Shipping Costs
Futbolio offers free standard shipping on all orders, both within the United States and internationally. There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping. At this time, express or expedited shipping options are not available, as we prioritize keeping shipping costs free for our customers.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include order tracking at no additional cost. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing their tracking number once the order has been dispatched. This tracking number allows customers to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date of their package.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Futbolio is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
In the event of a shipping delay beyond the estimated delivery window, customers are encouraged to check their tracking information and contact their local postal service. If a package is considered lost, Futbolio will conduct an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please note that Futbolio is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Futbolio is not liable for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
