Return & Refund Policy

At Futbolio, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. While we take great care in the quality and packaging of our products, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items purchased through our online store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within three (3) days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

The product must be in new and unused condition.

All original tags and labels must be attached.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective wrapping or accessories provided.

The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alterations.

Futbolio reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise to verify compliance with these requirements. Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team at contactusfutbolio@gmail.com within the three-day return window. Once the return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

All return shipments must be sent back within five (5) business days after receiving the return instructions. Returns sent after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Futbolio covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Customers are not required to pay for return shipping labels. We recommend carefully packaging the item to avoid damage during transit, as Futbolio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.

Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the product, excluding any applicable customs or import duties for international orders.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized jerseys or any product that includes non-official or personalized name prints (e.g., the customer’s own name or any other non-player name).

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within three (3) days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, provided the claim is supported with photographic evidence of the issue.

7. Exchanges

At this time, Futbolio does not offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange an item must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
